At AdoreRobe, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. We currently ship across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to major cities and towns across Pakistan. If your location is outside our courier partner's delivery network, our team will contact you before processing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • During sales, promotions, or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

Major Cities 2–4 business days Remote Areas 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping charges paid on an order are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs for exchanges or refunds are generally the customer's responsibility.
  • If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item from AdoreRobe, applicable return shipping costs will be handled by us.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can use the provided tracking number to follow your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts according to their standard procedures.

If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, unreachable phone number, or repeated failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to AdoreRobe. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Before placing your order, please make sure your:

  • Full name is correct
  • Phone number is active
  • Complete delivery address is provided
  • City and area details are accurate

AdoreRobe cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delayed Deliveries

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to:

  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier operational delays
  • High order volumes during promotions or sales
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel or product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photos or videos showing:

  • The outer parcel or packaging
  • The product received
  • The courier shipping label

International Shipping

Currently, AdoreRobe delivers within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.
